Pastor Yun was born in South Korea and immigrated to the United States when he was a year old. He grew up in Los Angeles spent time in Mexico, New York, and Puerto Rico for his studies, and ended up in Austin which he now calls home. Currently, he is a practicing family physician. He holds a Master’s of Theological Studies from Midwestern Theological Baptist Seminary. He is married to Vivian and together they have a son and daughter that are in high school. He currently pastors Living Hope Ministry, the english speaking congregation at Lord’s Church of Austin. Outside of his work and studies, he enjoys playing ice hockey and recently completed his first triathlon.
